Donegal Bay Waterbus

New and improved, this 160-seat boat has replaced the older, smaller version. The modern two-deck boat makes daily tours of Donegal Bay. The guided tour lasts 90 minutes and passes the Old Abbey and Seal Island, home to a colony of about 200 noisy seals. (Warning: The guide never seems to take a break, and the detailed commentary is nonstop.) The views are wonderful. Sailing times are usually morning and afternoon or evening, but are dependent upon weather and the tides. Tickets can be obtained from the ticket office on the pier.
